General Information
Foremost, I desire to expand my professional art portfolio. In addition to that, I am a full-time college student, and expenses loom on the horizon. Tuition, books, the cost of living, and other costs. While I do anticipate maintaining a job while class status is slow, I may not be able to keep said job once classes get heavy again. On the same token, my ability to do commissions may decrease as fall approaches.
When you request a commission from me, you may request anything. That said, please note that I in no way promise that I can accept every request! All mediums apply; real-media art, craft work, digital art, even written pieces and web pages. Any thing you desire, request it and we will work something out.
Please note: I cannot do any renderings of copyrighted characters for profit! (Unless, of course, the character is yours.)
Pricing and Payment Information
Given the nature of this business, I will first send you (via the internet) detailed photos/scans of your finished or nearly finished piece, or, if the piece is computer-based, a thumbnail will be sent to you for approval. At that time we can discuss the final cost of the commission.
The price of your piece will be based on the cost of materials used. I will give you price estimates before I begin working on your piece, but please keep in mind that these will only be estimates; the actual cost could be slightly lower or higher.
Any possible dramatic changes in cost will be discussed with you beforehand.
If your piece can be easily duplicated (most media artwork), and I am particularly pleased with the outcome, I will sell prints and/or merchandise of the commission on MoonStripes. If the commission contains characters that are your own, I will, of course, request permission beforehand. You will still receive the original copy, and by allowing me to sell prints to others, it may lower the cost of your piece.
Payment will be requested through an invoice, which will be sent to your email inbox. You may then print it for your personal records. Payment must be made before your item is shipped out!
Payment will be accepted through PayPal or via USPS.

Please note: When sending a payment through USPS...
1. Checks and money orders will be accepted. A business (private) envelope is highly recommended. I will accept a cash payment, but sending cash via post is not recommended!
2. I am not responsible for any lost mail, or mail that has been tampered with. You are sending your payment at your own risk.

Any orders exceeding 20 pounds will be separated for mailing.
All shipping is standard USPS (unless otherwise requested, at which time the cost will increase) and your piece should arrive in 3-7 business days. I cannot, however, guarantee the time or condition in which your commission will be received, as it is not under my control.
Tracking information will sent to you if it is available.
If your package happens to arrive damaged, please notify your local post office immediately!
I cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been mailed out.
All items will be packed with the utmost care in an attempt to avoid any problems.
Your finished piece will be shipped to you once I have received your payment, as described above. Shipping options for "flatwork" are as follows, and at your preference:
1. A flat cardboard (unbending) envelope
2. Rolled tube
All other items will be boxed accordingly.
For digitally rendered art, you will receive, after payment, a high-quality copy of the finished piece. In addition, if requested, you will receive the original line art (if applicable) and/or a high-quality print of the finished piece.
Please note: You may request to receive a print rather than an original, if applicable. This will lower the cost of your commission.
Testimonials
All work will be shown on MoonStripes in the future. Your personal information will not be listed anywhere on the site, unless you leave a testimonial of some kind, in which only your initials, state, and piece title will be listed. If you do not want the piece associated with your name in any way (adult in nature, etc.) just let me know.
